wwk77 Frequently Asked Questions

wwk77 is strictly for players who are 21 years of age or older. Your date of birth is collected during registration and is verified during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before your first withdrawal is released. Any account found to be held by a player under 21 will be suspended immediately.

No. wwk77 strictly allows one account per player. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, or devices are used — are a violation of our Terms & Conditions. If a duplicate account is detected, both accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited. If you've lost access to your original account, contact wwk77 support after logging in, or use the OTP login option on the Login page.

KYC is a one-time process required before your first withdrawal is processed. You'll be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a proof of address. Accepted IDs include a passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or similar. Once submitted, our team reviews your documents. You can continue to deposit and play while the review is underway. After verification, all withdrawals are processed through the normal payout procedure.

wwk77 supports Philippine local payment channels. These include online banking via major Philippine banks, bank transfers, and supported Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. All available options are displayed on the Deposit page when you log in. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods for wagering.

All transactions on wwk77 — deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are handled exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion required. If you're based in Manila, Cebu, Davao, or anywhere else in the Philippines, your account balance and all game amounts are displayed directly in ₱.

Most deposits through supported local payment channels are credited to your wwk77 balance within a few minutes after the transaction is confirmed on the payment provider's side. Processing times can vary slightly depending on the payment method and bank processing schedules. If your deposit doesn't appear after 15 minutes, contact support through your account with your transaction reference number.

Log in to your account and go to the withdrawal section. Select your preferred payout channel, enter the amount in PHP, and submit the request. Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification. After KYC is approved, withdrawals are processed within the standard timeframe shown in your account. Funds are released to the same account or wallet used for deposits where applicable.

wwk77 covers a wide range of sports popular with Filipino players — including PBA basketball, NBA, international football (Premier League, La Liga, UEFA), boxing, volleyball, esports, and more. Local Philippine competitions feature prominently alongside major international events. Visit the Bet section and the Betting guide after logging in to see all available markets.

Yes. wwk77 supports in-play (live) betting, which means you can place bets on selected matches while they are actively in progress. Odds update in real time based on the current state of the game. Live markets are available for major sports including basketball and football. Not all events support live betting, but those that do are clearly marked in the betting section.

Winning bets are calculated based on the odds at the time the bet was placed, multiplied by your stake in PHP. For example, if you placed ₱100 at odds of 2.50, a win returns ₱250 (which includes your ₱100 stake). Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically once the event result is confirmed. Settlement times vary by sport and event type.

Yes. Your complete bet history — including settled, pending, and voided bets — is available inside your account at any time after logging in. Each record shows the sport, event, market, stake in PHP, odds, and result. Reviewing your betting history is a good habit and is one of the tools available to help you stay aware of your gaming activity over time.

wwk77 offers a full range of casino-style games. The live casino section features real dealer tables for baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and other card games — streamed live so you can see the dealer in real time. The slots section has a variety of titles with different themes and bonus mechanics. eBingo is also available. All games are accessible after logging in on desktop or through the wwk77 App.

eBingo on wwk77 follows the familiar bingo format — you purchase cards in PHP and numbers are drawn. If the drawn numbers complete a pattern on your card, you win. Draws run at scheduled intervals throughout the day. You can hold multiple cards per draw. The game is popular among Filipino players because it's easy to follow and sessions are naturally short. Visit the Bingo page for current draw schedules after logging in.

Yes. All games on wwk77 — slots, eBingo, and live casino — use random outcomes. Slot and eBingo results are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs). Live casino outcomes are determined by physical card dealing or roulette spinning in real time by a live dealer. No outcome is predetermined or influenced by previous results. This is important to remember — past wins or losses have no effect on future rounds.

Minimum bet amounts vary by game type and table. Live casino tables typically have a minimum displayed at each table before you join. Slot games show the minimum spin value on the game interface. eBingo card costs are shown on the draw selection screen. All amounts are in PHP. You can review the specific limits for any game by opening it after logging in — no commitment needed to see the table details.

Yes. The wwk77 App is available for both Android and iOS devices. It gives you access to your full account — sports betting, live casino, eBingo, deposits, and withdrawals — in a mobile-optimised interface designed for Philippine players. Your login credentials are the same as the website; no separate app account is needed.

Visit the App page from your mobile browser to find download instructions for both Android and iOS. On Android, you may need to allow installation from unknown sources if the app is downloaded outside the Play Store — the App page walks you through this step. On iOS, follow the standard installation process after downloading. Once installed, log in with your existing wwk77 account credentials.

Yes. The wwk77 App and mobile browser version give you access to the same account, balance, game library, and betting markets as the desktop version. Sports betting, live casino, eBingo, deposits in PHP, and withdrawal requests are all available. Account settings including responsible gaming tools are also accessible from the app. Your data and balance sync in real time across all devices.

Yes, the wwk77 App is completely free to download and install. There are no subscription fees or charges for using the app itself. Standard data charges from your mobile network may apply when using the app — this depends on your own mobile plan. We recommend connecting over Wi-Fi when streaming live casino games or watching live sport to minimise data usage.

wwk77 provides several tools directly inside your account: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time reminders, reality checks that show your session duration and net result, a full activity history viewer, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings at any time. For a full explanation of each tool, visit the Responsible Gaming page.

Log in to your wwk77 account and go to the Responsible Gaming or Limits section in your account settings. From there, you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap in PHP. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising an existing limit is subject to a cooling-off period before it activates — this is a deliberate safeguard. If you can't find the settings, contact support through your account.

Self-exclusion closes your access to the wwk77 platform for a period you select. During the exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The exclusion is firm — it cannot be reversed or shortened once it is in place. Any remaining verified balance will be handled via the standard withdrawal process. To request self-exclusion, go to your account settings or contact support through the platform.

The first step is to use the tools in your account — set a deposit limit or activate self-exclusion. If you're finding it hard to manage on your own, talking to someone is a good idea. Our support team can help you activate limits or process an exclusion request. For professional support, counsellors and crisis helplines are available throughout the Philippines. Remember: gaming outcomes are always random — no bet is ever a guaranteed win. For more guidance, visit our Responsible Gaming page.
